Producing personalised, on-brand email content across markets was slow and repetitive, and required deep platform knowledge for every variation.

What I did

1. 1Built a chat-first email creation flow with template selection and live content preview/editing.
2. 2Added a reusable prompt library and content-set variants for consistent, fast generation.
3. 3Layered version history and collaboration, with activation into Marketing Cloud.

Outcome

• Anyone on the team can brief, generate and ship an on-brand email, with no Marketing Cloud expertise needed.
• Consistent governance through shared prompts and templates.
