The problem

Applying manually took 1–2 hours per role and produced generic materials that didn't differentiate. The goal: cut the time to minutes and make every application impossible to ignore.

What I did

1. 1Built a Python pipeline that discovers roles, hard-filters them, and scores fit with Claude into a Notion CRM.
2. 2Auto-generates a tailored CV, cover letter and context-aware application answers per role.
3. 3Produces value-add deliverables — branded pitch decks and interactive landing pages — deployed live on Vercel.
4. 4Surfaces everything in a review dashboard: nothing sends without a human approving it.

Outcome

• Clients landed roles in Dubai using the system.
• Application time cut from ~2 hours to ~10 minutes, with far stronger materials.
• Each pack ships a custom brand deck + live landing page — e.g. the Henkel ‘Frizz Forecast’ campaign.
